The smallest lobby in Boston! But you wouldn’t know it anymore. This classic example of brutalist architecture sits on prime corner real estate in the heart of the Financial District facing the Post Office Square park. A name change was paramount to this repositioning. 70 Federal Street to 7 Post Office Square instantly identifies the value proposition of this location. Other buildings around the park have been renamed without a logical numbering sequence. Seven had not yet been used so we decided that it would be the most straightforward swap. From 70 FED, as most people referred to it as to its flashy new moniker 7PO.
