This project posed an interesting challenge in that the building was not in poor condition. Having been constructed in 2001 and well maintained it was just bland and inactive with a dated cafe. We introduced a full offering of amenities from gym, game and locker room to a barista tended coffee bar and indoor bike parking. The high-tech / robotics concept really came to life through custom graphics and pops of color along with the introduction of wood and feature lighting.
